PRODUCT LICENSING
The Innovative Axis platform employs a proprietary licensing system for uploading and sharing files, whereby ownership and final authority are vested in the original designer, namely innovativeaxis.com. The platform offers two distinct types of licensing, namely paid and free licensing, each of which is expounded upon in detail below.

STANDARD DIGITAL FILE LICENSE
(PAID PRODUCTS ON ETSY & INNOVATIVE AXIS WEBSITE)

The digital files available for purchase at etsy.com/shop/InnovativeAxis or innovativeaxis.com are strictly for personal use only and are not to be used for any commercial purposes. Sharing, remixing, selling, hosting, transferring, or distributing the digital file, 3D printed version, or any derivative works in digital or physical formats is strictly prohibited. This includes remixing the file and hosting it on other platforms. Additionally, the files may not be used in any way that involves charging money, fees, or any form of payment. It's important to note that the Standard Digital File License takes precedence over any other licensing options available at etsy.com/shop/InnovativeAxis. In summary, commercial use and remixing are not permitted.

FREE FILES
FREE FIELS ON INNOVATIVE AXIS WEBSITE, thingaverse.com, myminifactory.com, and thangs.com

The free downloadable content offered by Innovative Axis is strictly prohibited for commercial use. If you wish to use these materials for commercial purposes, you must seek formal approval from Innovative Axis, which can be obtained by contacting us through the Contact Us page. Please note that some free files may become available for commercial sale in the future. If you come across any of our files being hosted outside of Innovative Axis, please do not hesitate to contact us immediately.
AFFILIATE DISCLOSURE
In 2015, the Federal Trade Commission released their new rules for Disclosure Compliance. These rules are set in place to ensure that readers or viewers of web media (blogs, YouTube videos, etc.) know if the blogger/presenter is sponsored, endorsed, or partnered with a different company. In blog terms, the readers need to know if the blogger is making money by sharing a link or product.
In compliance with the FTC guidelines, please assume the following about links and posts on this site: Any/all of the links on InnovativeAxis.com are affiliate links from which I receive a small compensation from sales of certain items.
What are affiliate links?
Purchases are made on external affiliate company websites: When a reader clicks on an affiliate link located on InnovativeAxis.com to purchase an item, the reader buys the item from the seller directly (not from Innovation Axis). Amazon pays Innovative Axis a small commission for promoting their website or products through their affiliate program.
Prices are exactly the same for you if your purchase is through an affiliate link or a non-affiliate link. You will not pay more by clicking through to the link.
Amazon affiliate links:
Innovative Axis is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon properties including, but not limited to, amazon.com, endless.com, myhabit.com, smallparts.com, or amazonwireless.com. Amazon offers a small commission on products sold through their affiliate links. Each of your purchases via our Amazon affiliate links support our cause at no additional cost to you.
Amazon and the Amazon logo are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates.

If a website links to an Amazon product (with a special code for affiliates embedded in the link), and a reader places an item in their "shopping cart" through that link within 24 hours of clicking the link, the website gets a small percentage of the sale. Amazon links are not “pay per click.” If you click on the product link and stay around Amazon and purchase something else, however, I will get a commission on that sale.
Anytime you see a link that looks like http://astore.amazon.com/...... or www.amazon.com/....
it is an Amazon affiliate link.

Information I Collect
To fulfill your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorized Wix/Stripe to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information (for a custom order of jewelry, for example), if you contact me directly.
Why I Need Your Information and How I Use It
I rely on a number of legal bases to collect, use, and share your information, including:
as needed to provide my services, such as when I use your information to fulfil your order, to settle disputes, or to provide customer support;
when you have provided your affirmative consent, which you may revoke at any time, such as by signing up for my mailing list;
if necessary to comply with a legal obligation or court order or in connection with a legal claim, such as retaining information about your purchases if required by tax law; and
as necessary for the purpose of my legitimate interests, if those legitimate interests are not overridden by your rights or interests, such as 1) providing and improving my services. I use your information to provide the services you requested and in my legitimate interest to improve my services; and 2) Compliance with the Wix/Stripe Seller Policy and Terms of Use. I use your information as necessary to comply with my obligations under the Wix/Stripe Seller Policy and Terms of Use.
Information Sharing and Disclosure
Information about my customers is important to my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:
Wix/Stripe. I share information with Wix/Stripe as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under both the Wix/Stripe Seller Policy and Wix/Stripe Terms of Use.
Service providers. I engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to my shop, such as delivery companies. I will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.
Business transfers. If I sell or merge my business, I may disclose your information as part of that transaction, only to the extent permitted by law.
Compliance with laws. I may collect, use, retain, and share your information if I have a good faith belief that it is reasonably necessary to: (a) respond to legal process or to government requests; (b) enforce my agreements, terms and policies; (c) prevent, investigate, and address fraud and other illegal activity, security, or technical issues; or (d) protect the rights, property, and safety of my customers, or others.
Data Retention
I retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with my services and as described in my Privacy Policy. However, I may also be required to retain this information to comply with my legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce my agreements. I generally keep your data for the following time period: 4 years.
5. If transferring personal information outside of Europe, how the transfer will be handled
Transfers of Personal Information Outside the EU
I may store and process your information through third-party hosting services in the US and other jurisdictions. As a result, I may transfer your personal information to a jurisdiction with different data protection and government surveillance laws than your jurisdiction. If I am deemed to transfer information about you outside of the EU, I rely on Privacy Shield as the legal basis for the transfer, as Google Cloud is Privacy Shield certified.
Your Rights
If you reside in certain territories, including the EU, you have a number of rights in relation to your personal information. While some of these rights apply generally, certain rights apply only in certain limited cases. I describe these rights below:
Access. You may have the right to access and receive a copy of the personal information I hold about you by contacting me using the contact information below.
Change, restrict, delete. You may also have rights to change, restrict my use of, or delete your personal information. Absent exceptional circumstances (like where I am required to store data for legal reasons) I will generally delete your personal information upon request.
Object. You can object to (i) my processing of some of your information based on my legitimate interests and (ii) receiving marketing messages from me after providing your express consent to receive them. In such cases, I will delete your personal information unless I have compelling and legitimate grounds to continue using that information or if it is needed for legal reasons.
If you reside in the EU and wish to raise a concern about my use of your information (and without prejudice to any other rights you may have), you have the right to do so with your local data protection authority.
